Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- 10 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing; PCBA to High Level Assembly.
- Experience working with Global Electronics Manufacturing Service providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) or hyper-scale company.
- Ability to influence the product design process by proposing improvements with associated data.
- Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.

- Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze/understand failure to resolve issues.
- Define and execute data collection activities for high complexity technical issues.
- Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
- Manage cross-functional teams, NPI, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and planning in the electronic manufacturing industry. Have knowledge of product life-cycle management, manufacturing of compute and networking hardware from Printed Circuit Board Assembly's (PCBAs) to Rack integration as well as testing solutions and strategies.
