Location: 
Soundview Care & Rehabilitation 
Schedule: Day Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm. "The facility has opening for PM SHIFTS as well."

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
  • Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
  • Support residents in achieving their recovery goals
  • As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. You will work directly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide in the state of Washington.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements.
