The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Boiler Technician/Installer to join our growing team. The Boiler Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial boiler systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to delivering top-quality service and install. 

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydronic and steam boiler systems.
• Perform system startups, efficiency testing, and maintenance checks.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and mechanical codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding job progress and system performance
• Assist with training apprentices and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
• Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
• Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)
• Minimum 5-10 years of boiler installation or HVAC experience required.
• Knowledge of hydronic heating systems, piping and controls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $40-$55 per hour D.O.E
