We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Float Patient Relations Specialist to support both our Cosmetic Center for Aesthetics and Anti-Aging and our Plastic Surgery Center. This dual-site role requires a polished, professional, and resilient individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly transition between the two settings to support a cohesive and exceptional patient experience.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients across both centers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
 - Float between the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Centers based on operational needs, maintaining familiarity with services, procedures, and protocols at each location.
 - Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, in-person) with professionalism and efficiency.
 - Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with attention to detail and discretion.
 - Support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, intake forms, and payment processing.
 - Assist with internal communication and collaboration between clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
 - Proactively resolve concerns and create an environment of trust and care.
 - Uphold confidentiality, patient privacy, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
 
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery.
 - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
 - Comfortable working flexibly across two departments and adjusting priorities as needed.
 - Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented with a team-first mindset.
 - Experience with EMR and scheduling software preferred.
