The Awards & Rankings Co-op is a creative storyteller who will assist the Manager, Awards and Rankings and Manager, Marketing and Communications in sourcing, developing and telling compelling stories to Goodwin’s multiple audiences through several mediums. They will also conduct research projects, help draft awards nominations, and assist with internal news stories and press releases.
As a member of our Global Operations Team – or GO Team for short – they will make an impact at Goodwin, a leading global law firm situated at the intersection of capital and innovation. Our lawyers focus on complex transactions, high-stakes litigation and world-class advisory services in the financial, private equity, real estate, technology and life sciences industries.
What you’ll do:
Assist the Managers in the selection, drafting, and editing of awards nominations for stakeholders across the firm.
Conduct research projects on potential awards at the firmwide, practice group, and individual level, in addition to past results, in order to identify areas of focus and enhance decision-making.
Work with team members to source, draft, and edit firm profiles, press releases for the firm website and internal iNet to reflect the most up-to-date rankings and recognitions.
Help to maintain and update awards calendars, spreadsheets, and databases, and track the results of submissions throughout the year.
Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content highlighting awards winners and rankings.
