The marketing intern will be responsible for assisting with marketing and will report to the Feed Sales Manager .

A successful marketing intern possesses a good understanding of the latest marketing

trends and techniques. They are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Participate in team planning meetings and contribute creative ideas
• Assist in planning and executing social media content across multiple platforms
• Develop digital marketing article content
• Assist in taking product pictures with the flexibility to visit farms during the internship
• Write and edit copy for posts, emails, website updates, and promotional materials
• Help with planning consumer events and contests
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Support the setup and coordination of trade shows, events, or promotions

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to travel with sales and marketing teams
• Ability to lift 50 lb bags of feed if needed
• Hardworking dedicated outlook
• Willing to coordinate with other departments
• Knowledge of Adobe and Canva is a plus
