The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, resourcing and deployment of projects. The fundamental purpose of the Project Manager is to ensure delivery on time and on budget, to identify additional resource requirements and to identify scope creep and act accordingly during the deployment phase. The Project Manager is responsible for liaising with the customer and all departments of the business to ensure project objectives are met and communicated effectively across the company. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ability to create and manage a project plan with effective gates and dependencies.
• Manage Capacity and resources to ensure that projects move forward in a timely manner
• Track project milestones, deadlines, action items, and resource allocations
• Track, prepare and manage project performance, schedule, work plan and budget.
• Ability to communicate and plan effectively with all levels of the internal business clarifying all questions in a timely manner and handover to customer care.
• Ability to represent the customer in a professional manner ensuring consistency of message, accurate capture of costs and robust defense of project scope
• Ability to review/challenge functional specifications and to develop same in conjunction with both customer and R&D team
• Deliver best practice project management and work with the customer to meet specific requirements
• Ability to work with Implementation Specialists to deliver technical solutions seamlessly
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Schedule and facilitate project calls, taking clear notes and following up on next steps
• Help develop and maintain project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports
• Ensure documentation contracts, requirements, data files, go-live plans is organized and up to date
• Identify blockers and escalate risks to project managers
• Support continuous improvement of internal delivery processes
