As an EOC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of IT projects supporting emergency response and recovery operations. You'll coordinate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deploy and maintain IT services during emergency response and recovery phases, ensuring 24/7 availability and compliance with federal protocols. Your goal will be to manage IT infrastructure, communications, and systems during national and natural disasters, ensuring seamless coordination within Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Emergency Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in IT support for emergency operations or government crisis response environments
- Proven experience managing EOC IT services during national or natural emergencies, including response and recovery phases
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Strong knowledge of federal emergency management systems (e.g., NIMS, ICS) and IT standards for high-stakes environments
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and IT platforms for crisis support (e.g., secure comms systems)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate under pressure in 24/7 on-call scenarios
- Behaviors that will help someone excel in this role:
