Role Overview 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT Systems and Operations. This includes the delivery and support to all business stakeholders (GO, HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc). Provide leadership and direction to the Corporate IT team. Drive SLA and responsible for the implementation and installation of the company's Corporate IT systems. Partner with Business and Support Teams to drive improvement to the operations for continuous improvement and contribute to the improved thru-put for the operations and business efficiency.

What You Will Do

Development and Configuration

  • Design and Build Workflows: Develop, configure, and manage end-to-end digital workflows, process automations, and business logic using the platform’s visual, low-code/no-code tools.
  • User Interface (UI) Development: Create and maintain user-facing elements, including service catalogs, custom request forms, and employee self-service portals, ensuring a clean, intuitive, and consistent user experience (UX).
  • Scripting and Customization: Write and maintain custom code (e.g., JavaScript) for advanced functionality, business rules, client scripts, and complex integrations that extend the platform beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Data and System Integration: Design and implement integrations with external systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, identity management) using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.

 

Administration and Support

  • Platform Maintenance: Manage core platform functions, including application upgrades, patching, system performance tuning, and access control (user roles, security permissions).
  • Data Management: Oversee the integrity and structure of platform data, including the configuration of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or similar asset repositories.
  • Incident and Problem Resolution: Provide Tier 3 technical support for platform-related issues, troubleshooting production incidents, and identifying root causes for long-term problem resolution.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing (unit, system, user acceptance testing) and manage the deployment of configurations and customizations across development, test, and production environments following established agile and change management best practices.

 

Consultation and Analysis

  • Requirement Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders (from IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to analyze operational needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate complex business processes into platform solutions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain custom dashboards, performance reports, and key metrics to provide visibility into service performance, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including development specifications, architecture diagrams, and user training materials.

  

Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience in development, configuration, and administration on an enterprise service management (ESM) or cloud-based low-code application development platform.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset Management).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in web technologies, including JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with data modeling, database concepts (e.g., SQL), and managing data structures within a platform environment.
  • Familiarity with integration methods, including APIs (REST/SOAP) and use of webhooks.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to map complex business requirements to functional platform design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
