Job Purpose
The Implementation Supervisor provides direct leadership, vision, and oversight of the implementation team. The supervisor must collaborate with the team to ensure visions and goals are met in a timely manner. They are responsible for the coordination of successful project rollout, adoption, training, and auditing of proper software utilization.

- Provide leadership, support, and direction for the Implementation team through consistent engagement and collaboration, continuous training and education, and maintaining work relationships to establish a healthy work environment for team members.
- Audit agency software utilization to ensure effective usage of these systems.
- Identify areas of improvement via research and staff feedback to drive agency efficiency with technology.
- Maintain strong partnership with software vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent communication between our agency and the vendors.
- Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor that reflects confidence, positive self-esteem, and overall professionalism when collaborating with agency staff members.
- Lead the Implementation team by example; Assist as needed with the day-to-day duties their roles perform.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
