The Manager for TKO Global Analytics & Insights will lead high-impact initiatives that turn data into strategic decisions across UFC, WWE, PBR, IMG, and On Location. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Analytics & Insights, this role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Sponsorships, Revenue Strategy, Content, Marketing, Live Events, Distribution, International, and Consumer Products, building an enterprise-wide view of what drives audience, engagement, and revenue.

 

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will manage projects, mentor analysts, and oversee the design of trusted analytics solutions that influence decision-making across the company. You will play a critical role in shaping how TKO harnesses data to fuel growth, optimize performance, and unlock new opportunities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead analytics initiatives across programs, live events, sports media rights, and sponsorships, spanning linear, streaming, digital, and social platforms.
  • Own stakeholder relationships with business units including Global Sponsorships, Revenue Strategy, and Marketing, delivering insights that size opportunities, value partnerships, and grow revenue.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development to elevate team performance.
  • Design and oversee dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that standardize KPIs and accelerate cross-company decision-making.
  • Develop and present executive-level narratives that translate complex analyses into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Drive audience and market segmentation projects to identify growth opportunities and sharpen go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee social listening and measurement efforts to capture conversation, sentiment, and campaign impact.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely execution of ad-hoc deep dives while proactively surfacing insights that inform strategic priorities.
  • Apply strategic thinking with hands-on analytics expertise in audience and content performance across TV, online, OTT, and emerging platforms.
  • Bring deep knowledge of the media business, both linear and digital, to contextualize performance and inform decision-making.
  • Leverage syndicated data to craft compelling stories that demonstrate consumer engagement with content, live events, sports media rights, and sponsorships.
  • Connect data-driven insights directly to business strategy, driving recommendations that unlock tangible commercial impact.
  • Balance visionary leadership with detail-oriented execution, ensuring insights are both strategic and actionable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and people while delivering insights that influence senior executives.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to leadership and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents).
  • Experience with SQL or Python to query, wrangle, and analyze data (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), with exposure to dashboard design and governance (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with syndicated measurement systems and research tools, including:

    o   YouGov, Global Web Index (GWI), or MRI/Simmons

    o   Social/Digital tools (e.g., Infegy, Crimson Hexagon, MVP Index, Blinkfire, Meltwater, Zoomph, Emplifi, etc.)

    o   Data access, analytical, and dashboard tools

  • Highly organized, collaborative, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for sports, entertainment, culture, and live events.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$75,000 annually
