Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Driving profitable business growth through a deep understanding and management of business metrics – both instore & digitally linked to the customer journey
Executing the sales strategy aligned with channel partner and implement JBP’s (joint business plans) together with a class leading account plan framework.
Developing and leading the channel vision/strategy & ensuring delivery against agreed KPI’s
Responsibility for the sales and commercial partnership with the customers within the scope of the role which includes management of the account planning process and ensures all plans are in line with the sales and distribution strategy in order to maximise growth and revenue.
Responsibility for developing and strengthening partner relationships, implementing channel governance including partner mapping and engagement planning.
Implementing and driving preferred partner status within customer.
Demonstrative expertise of business, customer and market including a critical understanding of omni channel retailing with a clear level of experience within the digital space.
Working with Brand and Channel marketing, ensuring increased share of voice in all channels and best in class marketing campaigns to support sell out of portfolio.
Working with the customer experience team, ensuring the delivery of a smooth and efficient after sales process to deliver a great NPS (net promoter score).
With the support of the legal counsel, negotiating the contractual framework including the terms and conditions for trading.
Building and maintaining the account plans on short and long term basis
Championing the CPFR/PSI process at in depth level aligned to key promotions

Track record of managing senior customer (C-Level) and third party relationships
Strong experience leading a complex multi level National account.

What does success look like?
Reporting to the Sales Director, with team responsibility for 5 x account managers. The key role as the sales leader is in setting and driving the strategic plan within the Omni retail channel closely aligned to the overall sales & commercial strategy of the business. Working closely with all functions across the business to ensure channel performance and business growth.
