Location: St. Paul, MN

Shift: Monday – Friday from 3:30pm – midnight

Pay Range: $29.00 - $31.00+ /hr (commensurate with experience) + Shift Differential + Mobile Premium

What you’ll be doing daily:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on tractors and trailers
• Travel to customer and company sites for mobile service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and aftertreatment systems
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Order and install necessary parts for repairs
• Use technical manuals, drawings, and diagnostic tools to identify issues
• Keep work truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Train and support entry-level technicians when assigned
• Recommend warranty or follow-up repairs as needed

Knowledge and Skills to be successful:                                     

• 2–3 years of experience in a related field; shadetree or informal mechanical experience will be considered
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in operating and interpreting results from diagnostic equipment and tools
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus

About the Role  

The salary grade for this position ranges from $28.53 to $39.93/hr. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted hiring range for this role is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
