Pay range $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.

  What You’ll Do:

• Own the quoting and estimating process for customer RFQs
• Advise  sales on machine time and tooling costs
• Develop NC programs using MasterCAM for mills and lathes
• Create setup sheets, tool lists, and documentation for flawless execution
• Design custom tools and fixtures to optimize performance
• Lead and mentor a skilled team of machinists
• Drive process improvements and uphold AS9100 standards
• Maintain configuration control and ensure safety across operations

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience (MasterCAM preferred)
• 8+ years of hands-on machining (Mill & Lathe)
• Deep knowledge of G & M codes, GD&T, and blueprint reading
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Stainless, Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel, and exotic alloys
• Fixture design, tool selection, and setup sheet creation expertise
