Basic knowledge and work experience with materials, equipment and tools as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and/or carpentry work. Knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Word and MS Outlook. Willingness to work overtime as required and under adverse situations. Experience working in a hospital environment. Knowledge of Joint Commission standards. Knowledge of applicable State and local codes and standards. Applies knowledge in the trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and testing of the Plumbing systems installed in all Healthcare buildings. Applies knowledge in the trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and testing of Hardware issues such as Doors, Locks, Hinges, etc. installed in all Healthcare buildings. Applies knowledge in the trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and testing of the Electrical systems installed in all Healthcare buildings. Applies knowledge in the trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and testing of the Nurse Call systems installed in all Healthcare buildings.
