Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkäufer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Hier sind Deine Kenntnisse gefragt:

• Ansprechpartner für alle Lieferanten im Zuständigkeitsbereich
• Disposition und operative Bestellbearbeitung aller Artikel im Zuständigkeitsbereich 
• Lieferterminüberwachung und Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen
• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller Teile im Zuständigkeitsbereich
• Artikelstammdatenpflege dispositions- und einkaufsseitig
• Produktanfragen, Preisanfragen bei spezifischen Lieferanten für Serienteile und Projektteile
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen 
• Durchführung von regelmäßigen Lieferantengesprächen und -bewertungen
• Unterstützung der Einkaufsleitung im Sourcing neuer Lieferanten

Das bringst du mit:

• kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation (technisch vorteilhaft)
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf 
• hohe Lernbereitschaft und Leidenschaft für das Thema Einkauf
• organisierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise 
• gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen mit proAlpha, SAP oder einem andere ERP-System vorteilhaft

Von Vorteil sind:

• Vertiefte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der Lieferantensuche und -auswahl
• Erste Führungserfahrungen
• Erfahrungen aus der Automotiv-Branche

We are looking for a full-time experienced buyer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

This is where your knowledge is needed:

• Contact person for all suppliers in the area of responsibility
• Disposition and operational order processing of all items in the area of responsibility
• Delivery date monitoring and checking order confirmations 
• Ensuring the availability of all parts within the area of responsibility 
• Master data maintenance on the planning and purchasing side 
• Product inquiries, price inquiries from specific suppliers for series parts and project parts 
• Preparation and conduct of price negotiations 
• Conducting regular supplier meetings and evaluations 
• Supporting purchasing management in sourcing of new suppliers 

What you bring

• Commercial vocational training, university studies or equivalent qualification (technically advantageous) 
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing 
• High willingness to learn and passion for purchasing 
• Organized and independent way of working 
• Good written and spoken English skills 
• Good MS Office skills, experience with proAlpha, SAP or another ERP system
