Executive Director – Performing Arts Center
The Batesville School District is excited to announce an opening for the Executive Director of our new Performing Arts Center — a state-of-the-art facility designed to inspire creativity, celebrate the arts, and serve as a cultural hub for our schools and community.
We’re seeking a visionary leader with a passion for the performing arts and the operational expertise to make this venue a regional destination for performances, events, and educational experiences.
This is a full-time, exempt, 12-month position that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events and productions demand.
The ideal candidate will:

Bring a proven track record in facilities management, event production, or venue operations.

Foster strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and visiting artists.
