SAP Solutions Architect
This person will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing SAP solutions that align with business needs and technology strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to define architecture standards and ensure system integration across various SAP modules. Provide technical leadership, guiding the adoption of best practices and emerging SAP technologies to enhance business processes. Evaluate existing systems, recommend improvements, and support SAP system upgrades and migrations. The SAP Solutions Architect plays a critical role in driving digital transformation and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities.
Responsibilities
Design and implement SAP architecture solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
Lead the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for SAP development, configuration, and deployment.
Conduct system assessments, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
Oversee SAP upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and provide strategic solutions to enhance system performance.
Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7 years of experience with: SAP architecture, development, and implementation solutions within a complex IT landscape; SAP ECC6 and modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and HR. SAP Fiori, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Cloud.
Total experience must include 2 years of experience with: IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, HTML, HTTPS, XSLT, ABAP, Java, RESTFul SAP WAS architecture and EDI for integrations and service delivery.
