Demand PlannerThe challenge
Demand Planner Cooking and Build-In SpainWhat you will do
Demand Planner will be responsible for ensuring the planning of all logistic processes to guarantee the service levels agreed with customers (delivery dates, transport costs...), as well as defining the best solutions in terms of warehousing and transportation. In addition, this position also involves analyzing customer requirements and preparing proposals on how to improve their supply chain.
Responsibilities
Develop accurate and timely product forecasts, ensuring daily analysis of supply planning for both products and customers.
Perform detailed analysis of forecasts by product family and by customer.
Monitor production orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Manage and track transportation from origin to warehouse or final customer, coordinating with multiple stakeholders (shipping lines, carriers, 3PL, OTC, etc.).
Prioritize materials based on sales requirements.
Review and ensure correct product allocation by customer.
Control allocation priorities.
Manage and adjust stock movements according to business needs.
Execute intercompany transactions.
Create and analyze relevant KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust forecasts.
Utilize data analysis tools for scenario simulation and proactive risk assessment.
Develop forecasts and stock analysis.
Monitor and control excess inventory and product obsolescence.
Key Objectives
Minimize lead times through effective monitoring of production orders, ensuring on-time availability.
Guarantee high product availability versus forecast and order book.
Improve inventory turnover.
Achieve high forecast accuracy.
Maintain strict control over stock levels and product obsolescence.

What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP and Power BI
High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong ability to synthesize data for effective decision-making.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and conduct research.
Ability to take decisions based on analysis.
Solid understanding of SIOP processes (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
