TRG is looking for a Business Support Specialist

 

The standard scope of this role includes: 

 

•    Troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents in different environments.
•    Installing current Microsoft and/or Apple operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop.
•    Loading an image onto a desktop and laptop.
•    Loading standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs.
•    Installing (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
•    Finding faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues).
•    Replacing components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
•    Understanding complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
•    2nd Line Support of PCs / Laptops / Mobiles / Printers.
•    Managing multi-vendor warranties.
•    Hands & Eyes for L3 guidance on Network devices and Server systems.
•    Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
•    Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
•    Focus on Customer Service.
•    Getting training and getting accreditations in different technologies when not assigned to projects/back-ups.
•    Troubleshoot any cabling or wireless issues 
•    Manage Firewalls (Juniper and Fortinet) and proxies
•    Administer IPSs (Tipping-Point), content filtering tools, SIM tools, DNS/ DHCP/Radius, certificates, network management and documentation tools
•    Monitor the networks and systems. Execute agreed disaster recovery plans
•    Install current Microsoft operating systems for Robotics PCs
•    Load image onto Robotics PCs
•    Load non-standard software applications for ROS
•    Find faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues).
•    Review of IT alerts queue on electrical and mechanical maintenance and escalate to the Department responsible.
•    Travel is a requirement for carrying out the service in different locations, Vitoria area.

 

Pre-Requisites & Experience

 

•    Previous experience as onsite support in different customers carrying out tasks as described above 5 years experience.
•    Professional competence in Spanish and English.
•    Advantage: MCSA / AZURE / CCNA / FORTI NSE4 / PLC – WINCC Foundation
•    Spanish licence car is required.

Details of the vacancy Information needed:

 

•    Permanent Contract
•    Fully presential 
•    Flexibility to change assignation and calendar shifts. Monday to Friday coverage with the possibility of on call or weekend interventions.
•    Vetting consent required
•    Cobee card (Pluxee) 100€/month (11 months/year: 1100€ year) after 3 months and Private Health Insurance (after 6 months)
