We are looking for a new Digital Health Customer & Business Development Manager (Global Marketing) for our offices in Aiguaviva (Girona).
The DH Customer & Business Development Manager will design and lead the product strategy and customer experience for HIPRA services, ensuring that the solutions developed meet real market needs, deliver value to users, and align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
We are looking for a talented professional that:
- Holds a higher education degree in Life Science Business or proven experience in animal health.
- Possess a high level of English proficiency.
- Has excellent communication & influence skills, both with internal and external clients.
- Has strategic vision and customer orientation.
- Is proactive and capable of working autonomously with flexibility in the face of changes.
- Is people oriented with experience in managing international teams
Main duties and responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and evolve the service portfolio based on market insights, technological trends, and clinical needs.
Prioritize development initiatives in collaboration with innovation, technology, and operations teams.
Go-to-Market & Positioning
Design launch and growth strategies for services.
Collaborate with Species BU’s, GMC’s, Subsidiaries, and partners to ensure a clear and differentiated value proposition.
Customer Experience
Ensure excellence in technical service.
Design customer-centered journeys and experiences, ensuring effective and sustainable adoption.
Market and Competitive Analysis
Monitor trends, competitors, and benchmarks to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Generate market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Data & Insights and Innovation & Delivery teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
