Upper Ottawa Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our well-established family practice in Hamilton. If you are comfortable with advanced treatments including Endodontics, Extractions and Implants, this role offers immediate access to a steady schedule, the ability to expand hours over time, and strong internal referrals from an experienced team of providers. With a long-standing reputation in the community and a loyal, multi-generational patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician looking to practice with autonomy in a supportive environment.

Schedule

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternate)
    (Saturday is a growth day with the opportunity to expand hours in the future)
  • Opportunity to add days/hours

Practice Snapshot

  • 5 operatories | 1–2 chairs for Associate (Thursdays), 2 chairs (Saturdays)
  • 3 hygienists (1 working on Thursdays and Saturdays)
  • Fully staffed clinical and administrative team
  • PMS: Cleardent | Technology: iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays | Paperless
  • Located in a renovated century home – modern, bright, and welcoming atmosphere
  • Payment model: Non-assignment office

Ideal Candidate

  • General Dentist with 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Confident communicator, fluent in English, and comfortable treating a mature patient population
  • Competent in restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery; implant experience an asset
  • Patient-focused, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced schedule
  • Open to internationally trained dentists with proven clinical experience

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
