Summary of Position:
Core States Group is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Transformation. The Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating with internal employees as end-users, and defining requirements for solutions to end-user needs. They will be expected to provide clear and standard documentation for a problem statement, collaborate with the technical members of the Digital Transformation team to define the architecture of a solution, and track success metrics to monitor whether solutions are achieving their stated goals.
The position is currently remote, with occasional requirements to meet in person with coworkers for important meetings or team-building activities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of custom and off-the-shelf solutions to boost production staff productivity.
- Hold both product team and subject-matter-experts accountable to delivery timelines.
- Establish product delivery timelines and communicate progress updates to the Director of Digital Transformation.
- Establish effective success metrics for each project and track metrics utilizing PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the Software Development team for the development of custom solutions.
- Establish a standard onboarding and training process for delivering tools to CSG staff.
- Research off-the-shelf or third-party AI tools and coordinate with vendors for procurement of those tools.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to the CSG AI Policy.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of products by encouraging user engagement and documenting issues.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Digital technologies or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within Digital Transformation or similar role
- Experience with project management and digital technologies
- In-depth knowledge of new and emerging digital trends and technologies
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Strong skills in data analysis using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Ability to extract insights from project, financial, and operational data
- ERP, Financial Systems and Project Management Software
- Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methods tailored to AEC
- Integration of financial data with project controls and forecasting
- Systems Integration & API Development
- Ability to design integration architecture for disparate platforms (e.g., BIM, ERP, PM tools) through APIs
- Experience leading digital tool rollouts and training across technical and non-technical teams
Team:
You will report to our Director of Digital Transformation and work with a team of technology professionals.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Philadelphia or West Chester, PA offices.
