POSITION SUMMARY 

The Leave Programs Manager is responsible for the oversight and daily management of Monarch Healthcare’s leave of absence programs, including MN Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML), FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal leaves, military leave, and other state or federally mandated programs.  This role also oversees workers’ compensation claims administration and OSHA reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting a safe and inclusive workplace.  This position serves as a key partner to HR leaders, site administrators, payroll, and benefit teams across multiple locations to deliver a consistent and employee-centered leave experience.  The ideal candidate will combine expertise in compliance and process improvement with a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience and minimizing business disruption.
