Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Home Health Aide Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.

Home Health Aide:

• Performs personal care activities, including but not limited to:
  • Bathing
  • Shampooing
  • Skin care/nail care
  • Oral hygiene
  • Shaving
  • Dressing
• Reports any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the Registered Nurse or Therapist.
• Follows reporting guidelines in the Care Plan.
• Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records.
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Attends in-service programs to meet compliance requirements. Identifies learning needs to Agency supervisor.

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a supervised setting, preferably health care facility
• Must have a CNA license or HHA Certification
