Job Description:

The position reports to the Executive Director for Residential Life for an auxiliary enterprise for on-campus student housing a $90+ million
budget with approximately 8,500+ students in 22 residence halls, three single student apartment complexes, and three Greek houses. This position assists in with the housing master plan and the Public Private Partnership. This position requires independent action based on knowledge of WorkDay,  campus/departmental policy and the terms of the public private partnership. 

50% Provide current and projected revenue/expenditures to Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) for the housing master plan financial model (current and proposed housing construction projects). Prepare the FY 26-27 rental rate proposal to meet current and future obligations based on projected occupancy.  Review and make recommended changes to B&D's financial model.  Monitor current year operating budget revenue/expenditures to ensure the department stays within budget. 

40%  Coordinate with the Public Private Partner (Provident/RISE) the calculation/payment of scheduled maintenance, management fees, building reserves and bond payments.  Reconcile prior year transfers to actual and adjust March 1st payment. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

7 Years experience - Accounting or business in an administrative and managerial capacity with knowledge of University accounting, TIS, FAD, and SRR mainframe system; Workday web based system for HCM and Finance.
