With our new facility opening in February 2026, we're expanding our award-winning service team and looking for experienced Customer Service Advocates (Service Advisors) to grow with us.

What You'll Do:
Build Relationships & Drive Results:
- Greet customers and consult on service needs with professionalism and empathy
- Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns
- Drive sales of technicians' time to meet department goals
- Present service options clearly and emphasize value
- Keep customers informed on completion times, costs, and any changes
Own the Customer Experience:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in person
- Provide concierge-level support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with our loyal customer base
- Collaborate with a team of 12 service advisors and skilled technicians
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience at a dealership or automotive shop
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service levels
- Computer proficiency and a valid driver's license
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- High-volume dealership experience
- Toyota or manufacturer-specific experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
