- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes specific to Commercial Banking Services to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail to design and implement efficient procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and support strategic goals.
- Create and manage a balanced scorecard to track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators that accurately measure the success of commercial services initiatives and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Provide administrative direction and support for loan management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan documents and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular analysis of performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement within the commercial services operations.
- Develop materials and conduct workshops to educate service staff on procedures, tools and best practices.
- Continuously assess existing processes for potential improvements and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business support processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and/or support special projects as assigned by leadership, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Act as a liaison for the servicing organization to facilitate clear communication and collaboration on shared objectives.
- Assist in planning and allocation of resources, including budgeting and staffing, to support business operations effectively.
- Streamline business support functions and enhance service delivery leveraging technology tools.
- Perform any additional tasks as require by the Head of Commercial Banking Services or the executive team to support the overall success of the commercial services function.

The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 annually - $130,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
