Responsible for the day-to-day administration functions within the Accounting Department to ensure an efficient, accurate flow of information and organization within the department as well as departments across the property.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) required. Experience with garnishments, subpoenas, bankruptcies and contracts required. Notary Public preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be computer-literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with minimum of one (1) year strong secretarial experience, preferably in accounting or related field required. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time at copy and binding machines is required.
