Site Team Lead (Licensed Therapist) — Lewes & Milton, DE
Trauma Specialists (MD/DE/PA) is a trauma-focused group practice. As a Site Team Lead, you’ll own outcomes for your site—capacity, quality, retention, and culture—while maintaining a sustainable caseload (25 sessions/week). We protect dedicated leadership time so you can actually lead.
What you’ll own
- Lead people: Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of clinicians; run 1:1s and team huddles; grow emerging leaders; reinforce our ethics and culture.
- Run operations: Keep schedules full, remove workflow blockers, partner with admin, and track site metrics.
- Assure quality: Documentation audits, timely feedback, client concerns resolved in alignment with our values; stay current on best practices (trauma, EMDR).
- Provide care: 25 sessions/week (≈100/month), documentation within 24 hours, collaborative treatment planning.
How we protect your time
- 8–10 hrs/week reserved for leadership & admin (separate from client hours).
- Admin/billing partners support scheduling, benefits verification, claims, and reporting. Clinicians may collect in-session copays as needed.
What success looks like
- 90 days: site capacity at 90–95%; 1:1s and audit cadence in place.
- 6 months: cancellation/no-show rate down; documentation ≥95% on time; improved client retention.
- 12 months: strong clinician retention, two emerging leaders developed, site within financial targets.
You bring
- Master’s or doctorate in a mental health field; independent DE license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LPCMH)
- 3–5+ years clinical; leadership/supervision or training experience.
- Trauma-informed lens; EMDR-trained preferred (or excited to pursue).
- Clear, kind communicator who enjoys coaching.
Compensation & benefits
- $80,000–$103,200 base, full-time, with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO).
- CEU benefits, EMDR training support, supervisor development, performance bonus.
Location & schedule
- Hybrid: Time split between our Lewes & Milton locations with routine on-site days; periodic travel to nearby sites.
- Must live within commuting distance.
To apply
- Send your resume and a brief note about a time you improved a team’s capacity or client outcomes.
