We are seeking a customer-centric, analytical, and highly motivated individual to join our Product Success Team. The Research Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use and customer retention. You will serve as the primary research point of contact – focused on understanding customer success criteria, addressing questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted advisor.For the right candidate, this is a career-defining opportunity to join us at a critical moment and have a significant impact. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record providing primary research expertise, account management, and outstanding communication skills. What you’ll do:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer account lead.
- Serve as product ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the use and benefits of our product.
- Consult on quantitative & qualitative survey submissions to ensure Best Practices are followed and data insights gleamed are sound.
- Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
- Be the client advocate by identifying product updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market, and competitor trends.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal and account growth.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and possess a driven personality capability of working within tight deadlines.
- You are able and nimble – and can work in a “start-up” like environment embedded within our large Walmart international corporation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
- Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate about technology, marketing, market research and consumer insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of market research experience.
- 3+ years of customer success and/or client-facing experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communicate skills with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with online data collection tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, etc.).
- Knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools desirable.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
