Who are we: Established in 1982, Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale is the largest beer wholesaler in southwest PA. Our location in Delmont sits on 40 acres off Route 22 & 66 and houses over 337,000 sq. ft. of storage and office space.

Here's the pay: $19/hour

Here's the schedule: Monday–Friday: 11am-7:30pm

A Maintenance/Janitorial Technician is responsible for general facility and equipment maintenance as well as painting, floor care, and basic janitorial duties.

Here's more of what you will do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary on all janitorial equipment (scrubbers, carpet cleaners, sweepers, floor care machines, etc.)
• Use and maintain all tools ranging from common hand tools (hammers, saws, wrenches, screw drivers, testing devices, etc.) to all other associated tools such as power tools, lawn care equipment, etc.
• Paint, repair, and/or maintain roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, plumbing and other parts of the building structures.
• Perform snow removal (shovel sidewalks, operate snow plow, spread ice remover, etc.) when necessary.

This list is not all inclusive of other tasks and subtasks that may be necessary in performing this role, but rather an overview of the role’s primary work tasks.

Qualifications

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Related experience in the maintenance/janitorial field; or a combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, math and writing skills.
• Current driver’s license.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to work in all elements; rain, snow, cold and heat.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work to heights of 40 feet.
