What You Can Expect:

Under close supervision, the Revenue Applications Specialist, performs a variety of assignments requiring basic knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems techniques, procedures and criteria.

  • Perform basic operation of assigned applications.
  • Troubleshoots, documents, and reports simple application problems and escalates to appropriate level as needed.
  • Assists in application modifications, upgrades, replacements, extensions or additions that result from changing business conditions or the availability of new technology.
  • Performs special projects as necessary.
  • Assists users in learning and understanding how to use Electronic Health Record systems according to practices and policies.
  • Acts as a point of contact for users as workflow constraints are identified related to system content and automation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree
  • Experience: 1 year experience.
