Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Sr. Container Engineer to support our client in the Crystal City, VA area.

As an Advanced Container Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing container solutions and providing expertise. Your mastery across various container capabilities and functions will be crucial in securing the success of the customer’s secure cloud.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge secure cloud projects and play a crucial role in the mission of the organization. What you’ll do:

  • Offer Kubernetes expertise, including leveraging custom Kubernetes operators
  • Manage containers and provide expertise in this area
  • Apply GitOps effectively to support DevOps best practices
  • Leverage and manage custom components, such as custom Helm charts, Admission Controllers, and CRDs

What you’ll need:

  • 4 years of experience in container management, specifically Kubernetes
  • Experience collaborating across a cross-functional team and working with stakeholders

Bonus points if you have:

  • Ability to work in a secure environment and adapt to changing requirements

Clearance:

Must have an active Top Secret clearance

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$126,300—$243,100 USD
