💪 What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a skilled crew that keeps our aggregate crushing and washing plants running smoothly and safely. Every day brings something new — from production runs to hands-on maintenance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting shift supervisors with plant inspections and maintenance planning.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screen decks, and wash plants.
- Troubleshooting systems and identifying what needs repair or adjustment.
- Collaborating with your crew to complete production goals safely and efficiently.
- Following all safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Adapting to changing schedules and plant needs — flexibility is key.
⚙️ What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience (aggregate or industrial preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
- Willingness to work hard in outdoor environments and changing conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
🕐 Work Schedule
- Current shift: 2 PM – 12 AM
- Must be flexible with hours and seasonal changes.
- Expect 10–12 hour shifts, 5–6 days per week, including Saturdays.
- Work involves lifting 50–100 lbs and performing physical labor at heights and in various weather conditions.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $24+ per hour (based on experience).
