Job Duties:

• Support the Fixed Operations Manager as needed
• Process warranty and service contract claims
• Assist with labor operations on warranty claims
• Process internal repair orders, including recalls, PDI’s, and used vehicle reconditioning
• Follow through on requests and update claims as needed
• Communicate with factories and distributors regarding unpaid claims
• Ensure claims are paid within 30 days and maintain claim integrity
• Complete filing and administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain required training and good working relationships with factory representatives
• Collaborate effectively with other employees and departments

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• General knowledge of service operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
