Parents As Teachers (PAT) Supervisor/Parent Educator

REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelors Degree in early childhood education, social work, health, psychology, or a related field. Experience working with families and young children. Current Certification of Parents as Teachers Foundational and Model Implementation (FMI) training. Knowledge of Conscious Discipline, community resource availability/access, and family service background is preferred. Bilinguals (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES:
Coordinates Parents as Teachers program services to ensure high-quality home visits, group connections, screenings, and resource referrals.
Supervises and support Parent Educators to maintain program standards and model fidelity.
Provides staff training, coaching, and mentoring to strengthen family engagement practices.
Conducts home visits with families to promote child development and connect them with resources.
Monitors program data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Build partnerships with community agencies to expand family supports.
- Assists with grant writing, budgeting, recruiting and resource development for the purpose of supporting program sustainability.
SALARY:
Based on years of experience and education.
Classified Salary Schedule - Range 25 (base wage is $22.68/hr)
