Job Description
Infosys is seeking for a AWS - Identity Access Management Architect. This candidate is responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration. The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ, or Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 6 Implementation and ongoing optimization of cloud-based identity solutions across
Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS & GCP). - Configure and manage identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID) integrations across multiple
cloud applications and third-party systems. Administer Privileged Identity Management. - Establish and enforce security policies for user access, roles, and permissions, including multifactor
authentication (MFA) and conditional access rules. - Implement and maintain identity governance and lifecycle management practices, ensuring
compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams (security, DevOps, application owners) to ensure proper
identity and access management practices across cloud-based environments, ensuring
compliance and reducing security risks. - Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve identity-related incidents and service
disruptions, ensuring minimal impact to users and business operations. - Create and update user accounts in cloud applications with a focus on automating the tasks to
the greatest extent possible. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and best practices for identity management. - Execute and support periodic access governance processes.

Preferred Qualification:
- Attend operations meeting and provide status update
• Co-ordinate with various relevant stakeholders to fast track the activities
• Identify and establish capabilities and dependencies for ongoing activities
• Participate in team meetings like status check calls, requirements, design workshops, reviews
etc. as and when needed and as per Lumen governance structure - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
