As an Account Manager at Marketplace Velocity, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving the success of their Ecommerce strategies. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management, and client engagement skills. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their needs are met while fostering a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their Ecommerce strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize client marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, design, and analytics—to deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Regularly analyze client performance metrics and prepare reports, helping clients understand their results and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to clients for improved performance and profitability.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform client strategies.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management, client services, or Ecommerce experience.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills; ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.
  • Proficient in using marketing technologies and analytics tools, with a strong capability in Excel or data visualization tools.
