Are you a recent master’s graduate ready to shape the future of HR at a global scale? UPS is seeking bold, analytical thinkers to join our HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) – a dynamic, 3-year rotational experience designed to fast-track your career in human resources management.
In this program, you will dive into high-impact projects that drive innovation, elevate organizational performance, and champion a culture of inclusion and excellence. You will rotate through core HR functions – like Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, or HR Services– while gaining exposure to senior leaders and building a powerful network across the enterprise.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
- Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
- Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
- Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
- Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Pymetrics, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have completed a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Health & Safety, Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership, or related field required no later than December 2025.
- Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
- Ability to be in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
