Primary Duties
- Lead, Manage and hold your jobsite staff accountable
- Manage the onsite work (boots on the ground).
- Ensuring your crew is filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
- Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
- Ensure that every crew member has the proper resources and tools to do their job safely and efficiently.
