Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for operational processes related to retirement plan documents. This includes supporting plan restatement, plan amendments, resolutions, loans, SPDs & SMMs , consultation on plan design, oversight and guidance to ensure plan document and recordkeeping setup are aligned.
Additional support of regulatory implementation, notices and disclosures, and other related plan document work. Role is also responsible for collaboration with other business areas in execution of these duties.
Knowledge of retirement plan document IRS, ERISA, and DOL rules and regulations related to 401(k), 401(a), 403(b), and 457(b) preferred.
Familiarity with Relius Document system preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise on Customer Operations functional projects, specifically process and system design and enhancements; may serve as a project lead on small to medium sized initiatives
Provide functional expertise for delivery and analysis of Customer Operations metrics and reporting
Determine process improvements and perform process flow design analysis as directed; recommend and assist in the implementation of process enhancements
Support change management efforts; serve as an information lead regarding process or system design changes
Provide operations support to the Customer Operations organization including:
Assist in leading system accessibility and security audits
Provide functional support to facilitate the internal audit review process

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field or equivalent work experience
4-6 years operations experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry, preferably in a call center environment
2-4 years demonstrated project management experience
Proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple, complex priorities
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal
Ability to understand and ethically navigate the organizational dynamics and company culture

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $122,300.00
