The General Affairs Associate supports the smooth daily operation of the corporate office by managing a variety of administrative, facilities, and logistical tasks. This individual will handle on-site coordination, run errands as needed, and provide general assistance across departments to ensure an efficient, well-organized workplace.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day site operations including facilities, office maintenance and some vendor coordination.
- Assist with company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Run local errands and handle ad hoc requests to support business and operational needs.
- Support onboarding and workspace setup for new employees.
- Support offboarding and workspace clean up as appropriate
- Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth site functionality and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility procedures.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, facilities support, or general affairs (corporate or biotech/pharma environment preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to run local errands as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic administrative tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work is typically performed in an office environment
- Local travel is estimated at 25%
- May be required to routinely lift items ~25 pounds
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and dependable.

- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and adjust swiftly to changing business priorities
