Liberty Food Service is a family owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services in packing plants across the nation. We currently operate in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas. We pride ourselves on being "A People Company", dedicated to preparing homestyle meals for plant employees to enjoy during their breaks, in addition to offering vending machine services within the facilities.

As an Area Trainer, you will supervise unit locations to insure company standards are met in Food Quality, Food Costs, Labor Costs, Sanitation, Safety, and overall store operations. Trainers will report to company owners.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of previous restaurant management experience

- Valid U.S. Driver's License

- Ability to travel overnight for up to 2 weeks at a time

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

- Must be 18 years of age

- Able to obtain ServSafe Certification if not already certified

- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check

Schedule:

If you love to travel, then this job is perfect for you! Most of our trainers are expected to travel frequently to be on-site at various stores whenever possible, sometimes for extended periods, including weeks at a time. We will cover your hotel accommodation, meals, transportation, and fuel costs.
