-Collaborate with the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer to understand the organizational goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

· Collaborate with the Senior Leadership to develop and execute human capital plans that drive organizational success.

· Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.

· Work across all departments to forecast future talent needs to support organizational objectives.

· Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.

Implement performance management systems alongside the Leadership Team to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements. Education and Experience:

· Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and orienting talent in partnership with hiring managers.

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Human Resources or related fields.

· SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification preferred.

· Proven experience (10+ years) in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000
