Compensation:
- Starting base salary for this position is: $90,000 per year
- Pay is based on job-related experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location:
- This position is in the office full time at the St. Michael, MN location
Essential Functions:
- Project Management: planning, managing and leading projects.
- Analysis: analyze business requirements, collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners to recommend options.
- Design/Script/Configure/Code: build/configure solutions based on requirements provided. Follows secure coding practices.
- Testing: ensure the solution meets business needs, is stable, scalable and secure. Ensure that the change does not impact any existing functionality.
- Documentation/Training: provide documentation for business teams to utilize solution and support teams to be able to own support of the solution.
- Support: escalation point for support teams if they are unable to resolve the problem.
- Cross-Functional Responsibility: build strong relationships and communication with all business partners, vendors and IT team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- The candidate needs to be familiar with Python, Transact SQL, Django, and utilizing web services/APIs for system integration with AWS cloud environments.
- Having experience in the following systems would be preferred: ERP (Infor M3), WMS (Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie), SCADA/MES (Ignition), and Transportation (Samsara).
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years' experience with SCADA platforms
- Development experience with Python and Django and database design in Microsoft SQL server
- Development experience writing and consuming web services/methods using SOAP and REST API's
- Database design in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later, including coding of stored procedures.
- Experience with SSIS/ETL preferred
- Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI preferred
Physical and Environmental Factors:
- Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training.
- Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF).
