Are you passionate about streamlining business operations through automation? ASG Information Technologies, a leading Managed Service Provider, is seeking a Robotic Automation Engineer to drive internal and client-facing automation initiatives that transform how work gets done.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate directly with ASG’s executive team to identify and automate internal business processes across departments (sales, finance, operations, compliance).
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using APIs, BI tools, and low-code platforms.
• Lead client-facing automation projects, translating business needs into scalable workflows and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement robotic process automation (RPA) frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Document automation architecture, data flows, and performance metrics for internal and client reporting.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with business process automation, RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier), and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with clarity and precision.
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience in MSP environments or with IT service workflows (ticketing, onboarding, compliance, RMM).
