We are seeking a Parts Advisor to support our manufacturing and automotive operations by managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts—accurately and on time. This role is critical in keeping our operation running efficiently and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
   
• Source and order parts proactively to meet production and service needs
   
• Assist internal teams and customers in identifying correct parts
   
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
   
• Track inventory usage and help reduce shortages or overstock
   
• Support parts promotions and upselling initiatives to drive revenue

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, Inventory Coordinator, or in a related automotive or manufacturing role
   
• Strong knowledge of automotive or mechanical parts
   
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
   
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
   
• Proficiency in inventory systems and basic computer skills
   
• High school diploma or equivalent required
