We are now hiring a Human Resources Intern! The HR internship will run from December 1, 2025 through March 27, 2026. There are no internship hours the weeks of December 22 or December 29. Internships are paid $17/hour for 20 hours/week.
All internships are hybrid and candidates must be in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are typical in-office days, and applicants should have availability on at least two of those days to work in person.
Job Summary
The internship is an immersive experience at an advertising agency within the Human Resources discipline. The intern will have the opportunity to both work on and observe business services. As part of the HR team, the intern will have the opportunity to work alongside our HR Manager, HR Director, and Director of Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with team to accomplish assignments for human resources
- Anticipate concerns, issues, problems, and/or obstacles and suggest solutions
- Proactively provide supervisor and team with updates and feedback on any assignments
- See projects through to completion, meet deadlines

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college (if an undergraduate, classified as a rising Junior or Senior) OR have a comparable level of experience
- Skilled with verbal and written communication
- Able to work well on a team and with others
- Able to demonstrate time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong interest in the advertising industry
- Curiosity and desire to learn!
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college, Junior or Senior year as an undergraduate student OR have a comparable level of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the advertising industry
- Willingness to learn!
