Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a (position) to assist with our projects in (location)!
Key Responsibilities
- Project and technical task management including remedial investigations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and environmental risk management.
- Office and some field support for environmental site assessment projects including soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, pore water, and soil gas sample collection.
- Design, bid specifications, construction oversight, operation, and maintenance of environmental remediation projects.
- Data collection and leadership of environmental permitting.
- Data synthesis, evaluation, and technical reporting.
- Business development, proposal preparation, and networking.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering.
- Knowledge of Michigan & Federal Environmental Regulations (Air, Water, Soil, Waste).
- Knowledge of audit inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a culturally diverse team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and HAZWOPER certification.
- Certified Industrial Storm Water Operator is a plus!
